Gloria-Perouvoyages General Conditions

REGISTRATION
After booking, you will receive a registration document that formalizes your trip. Any stay will only take effect upon payment of a 60% deposit when the travel contract is delivered. The remaining 40% balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the trip. You will receive an invoice after the total payment of the trip.You must provide us with a photocopy of the passport(s) of each participant.From the reservation deadline, we will begin urgent purchases (international flights, domestic flights, etc.) to ensure the proper logistics of the stay.Note: If you choose one of our stays with the international flight included, it must be paid in full at registration.
LIABILITY
Gloria-perouvoyages assumes responsibility for its clients from airport arrival until return to the airport “end of our services.”PAYMENT METHOD
Payment can be made by:- Credit card via the Wetravel platform. (Fee +4%)
- Bank transfer via the Wetravel platform. (Fee +1%)
- International bank transfer (fees according to your bank)
CANCELLATION
If the client must cancel their trip for a major reason considered unforeseeable and not anticipated, the amounts paid will be refunded by Gloria Perou Voyages according to the following scheme:- If you cancel more than 90 days before departure, 100% of the deposit paid will be refunded. (minus bank fees)
- If you cancel between 90 and 44 days before departure, 70% of the deposit will be refunded. The remaining 30% and the full international flight will be covered by your cancellation insurance.
- If you cancel between 43 and 30 days before departure, 30% of the deposit will be refunded. The remaining 70% and the full international flight will be covered by your cancellation insurance.
- If you cancel less than 29 days before departure, no refund will be given, as Gloria-perouvoyages will have already committed all expenses for your stay. The full 100% and the international flight will be covered by your cancellation insurance.

CANCELLATION BY GLORIA-PEROUVOYAGES
In case of cancellation on our part due to:- Lack of participants, you will be informed at least 90 days before departure and fully refunded, or we will offer you an alternative stay.
- Force majeure (social or political unrest that would prevent normal safety conditions), all amounts paid will be refunded except bank fees and non-refundable costs already incurred by Gloria-perouvoyages (upon presentation of proof). No compensatory indemnity will be paid since Gloria-perouvoyages is not directly responsible for such situations.
PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS
For justified reasons, Gloria-perouvoyages reserves the right to modify all or part of its services if the safety or interest of participants is at risk. Gloria-perouvoyages is not responsible for airport closures, weather conditions, or other reasons such as flight delays, strikes, or other force majeure circumstances. Any additional costs arising from such alterations are the client’s responsibility.FORMALITIES
Participants must comply with local rules regarding customs, passports, and vaccinations. No visa is required for EU citizens. Peruvian immigration law requires a passport valid for at least 6 months after your return and allows a tourist stay of up to 90 days (3 months) within a 6-month period.RISKS AND INSURANCE
Each participant is aware that our trips are adventurous in nature, including high mountains and hikes. We advise considering the physical level of each tour and preparing accordingly. It is recommended to consult your doctor before departure.By traveling with Gloria-perouvoyages, we advise personally subscribing to assistance-repatriation insurance with trip cancellation and interruption options, as Gloria-perouvoyages does not provide insurance. Gloria-perouvoyages is not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, illnesses, or theft, damage, or loss of personal belongings.Payment by credit card is also a very good insurance option.TRANSPORT – ACCOMMODATION – LUGGAGE
We work with reliable companies with whom we have long-standing trusted relationships. However, Gloria-perouvoyages cannot be held responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings during the stay. Your luggage remains your sole responsibility at all times.DISPUTES
Regarding the execution of the tour, it will take place in accordance with Peruvian law and customs, Gloria-perouvoyages being a Peruvian law company. Any complaint must be sent by email within 20 days after the return date to: info@gloria-perouvoyages.com. After this period, no complaint will be accepted.TRAVEL INSURANCE
Credit cards are today the most widely used means of payment worldwide, both domestically and abroad. Besides reliability and ease of use, they offer certain travel insurance benefits, especially Gold, Premium, and higher cards. Contact your bank for details such as insurance membership number and international contact number. You may also check your home insurance for coverage abroad, but note that multiple insurance coverage may not be valid.Upon subscribing to a trip with Gloria Perou Voyages, we advise obtaining travel insurance.
